Renewal House is a full home renovation that reimagines a traditional subdivision residence through a lens of modern warmth and spatial openness. The project transforms the existing home into a refined contemporary living environment while maintaining a sense of comfort and familiarity.

The design focuses on renewal through clarity and connection. Circulation was reworked to create stronger visual relationships between spaces, allowing daylight to move more freely through the home and enhancing the overall sense of openness.

Interior design plays a central role in the transformation. A layered material palette introduces rich textures and warmth, combining natural wood millwork, sculptural stone surfaces and warm metallic accents. Custom millwork elements are used throughout the home to organize space while creating moments of quiet architectural interest—from integrated storage and wine displays to carefully detailed kitchen cabinetry.

The kitchen serves as the heart of the home, where sculptural stone, warm wood tones, and refined lighting come together to create a space that is both functional and inviting for everyday family life.

Throughout the house, the design balances clean contemporary forms with tactile materiality, creating spaces that feel calm, cohesive, and thoughtfully crafted. Renewal House demonstrates how a carefully considered renovation can breathe new life into an existing structure, transforming it into a modern home designed for the way the family lives today.
