Prosun Architects Inc. is led by Prithula Prosun Roy, an award-winning architect licensed with the Ontario Association of Architects (OAA). Prithula brings a deeply creative and research-driven design approach to each project, often solving complex architectural challenges with innovative and elegant solutions. She completed her architectural degrees at the University of Waterloo, graduating from the Master of Architecture program with commendation.
Her work has received international recognition, particularly for her research in amphibious architecture, and has been widely published in leading design publications.
Prosun Homes Inc is led by Amit Sinha Roy with 20+ years of leadership and project management experience, delivering complex and high-value projects.
As a former senior leader at CIBC and RBC, he brings expertise in operations, client management, strategic planning and large-scale transformations. Amit brings a structured, client-focused approach to building luxury custom homes. He has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business along with PMP and CMS certifications.
His background in financial strategy, project management, and operational oversight ensures that every project is executed with rigorous cost control, schedule discipline, and transparent communication.
